TaskbarBar doesn't appear at Powerpro startup, if there is any pending schedulers

Dear Bruce, TaskbarBar doesn't load/appear, if there is any pending Schedulers to run at the powerpro startup. Wait.for (5000) command before the task in scheduler doesn't solve the issue. What is the solution for this? Thanks for any replies.
