Works for me with a message coming due and shwoint at same time ppro starts. Try disabling alarms one at a time to see if you can isolate the problem on your configuration.
 

 Note that taskbar bars are started by windows although I also depend on interacting with ppro.  So it may depend on which commands you are running.
 

 I  need exported scheduled events to get whole picture if you cannot isolate..
