Sorry, I don't understand what you are getting at. 
 DPI seems to be some setting related to display scaling and text display.  What does it have to do with PowerPro and in particular calling DLLs? 
 

 Another way of putting my question:  what are you trying to do with powerpro that does not work the way you expected?  What do you think that failure has to do with dll calls in ppro?
