I have two win10 machines and I have never seen this issue. Also never happened on win7, nor has anyone else reported it. It's something on your machine interacting with pproconf, but because I lost the source code for the latest pproconf version, I am not sure what triggers that error any more. Please upload image of the error message you get. Then an image of the setup tab without the error message (that is, after you click on on error message).
