Re: Tray install no longer supported

Thanks for those images.  Nothing stands out so I'm still not sure why you are getting this message. 

 Can you try two separate things.
 

 One;
 Use regedit to search the registry for pprotray.  Check values and keys Only Not full word just pprotray.
 This will likely take some time I am afraid.
 If it is found, can you pls post the full registry key and value.
 

 If nothing is found, please try the following with ppro NOT running:
 1.  take backups of your current configuration and all script files just to be safe.  Rename and/or copy any desktop icons you have tor starting ppro.
 

 2.  Run full install (NOT quick install) and install PPro to new folders; that is using new folder for both exe and for configuration.  Do NOT create any shortcuts when prompted by istall, EXCEPT for desktop icons for configuration and ppro itself.  Do NOT copy any of your existing scripts or configurations to these new folders.
 

 3.  Run ppro from new shortcut, then start configuration program by ctr-right clicking the default bar from the default configuration created by setup..  Does the error message still happen when you  use the setup tab.?
