Well, I guess it depends on what you mean by correct!  The ppsv service does what is says.  Try a freeware tool that lets you see all the windows on the system. 

 Hint:  toolbar windows are not the ppromain window.  The ppromain window is normally hidden and perhaps that affects findwindow.  I dunno,.
