Hey Josh,
I had this idea a while ago; we could start with FVWM and see where to
go from there. FVWM has a design that is remarkably similar to
Litestep does (modularized and based on text files for everything).
One thing that would need to be seperated away from the theme creation
in Linux would be creating window effects (titlebar, buttons, and all
the stuff that Litestep doesn't do in windows). We could start with a
window manager in linux and split windowing away from desktop themes
(maybe put them in different directories and let the user install them
seperatly from each other.
