Depends on the respecitve channel. There were logs for #lsdev, but the 
server is down.

There once was a central channel for all Windows shell development - 
#winshelldev - but it never quite took off. These days it's just 
ironhead and me in there.

The problem with the channel was/is that development happens in the 
respective shell channels (naturally) and any progress is seldomly 
relayed to #winshelldev.
