Here is what I have in my config:

*Mainbar_ModuleHook !xStatsGraphHook GraphMinor_
GraphMinor_X $GraphMain_X+GraphMain_Width+4$
GraphMinor_Y 3
GraphMinor_Width 48
GraphMinor_Height $MainBar_Height-6$
GraphMinor_TextureAddToGroup AppSpace_
GraphMinor_onEnter !LabelSetText MusicInfo_ "Net In : [netin]"
GraphMinor_onLeave !LabelSetText MusicInfo_
"[if(winampPlaying)][winampArtist] - [winamptitle][else]Let's hear some
tunes man![endIf]"
*GraphMinor_Source NetPerf_
NetPerf_ perfmon
NetPerf_SourceString "\\<snip>\Network Interface(Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx
Gigabit Controller - Packet Scheduler Miniport)\Bytes Received/sec"
NetPerf_RefreshRate 500
NetPerf_Scale 1250000000
*GraphMinor_Meter Graph3_
Graph3_X 1
Graph3_Y 1
Graph3_Width $GraphMinor_Width-2$
Graph3_Height $GraphMinor_Height-2$
Graph3_RenderMode FillAndStroke
Graph3_Orientation vertical
Graph3_StrokeColor $ActiveCaption$
Graph3_FillColor $GradientActiveCaption$
Graph3_Source NetPerf_

This gives me a histogram meter that is basically nothing more than a
stripe indicating network activity and white space when there is none.
Thing is, 0.1 KB/sec gives me a 100% reading on the meter. I don't think
the scale is the problem here, that said, I don't know what is.
