When you !reload you're wiping out the existing definitions of the colors from 
lscolor (that's why I did a !netreloadmodule of lscolor), and there must be some 
timing/threading issue that prevents them from being reset before the labels and 
popups are updated in the mzscript bang. Apparently the equivalent !alias didn't 
have that problem. You could try sticking a pause in there, I suppose. I think 
that !popuprescan has changed slightly since that code was written also; perhaps 
it's doing a !reload now by default? So you're wiping out the color vars again 
after you've reloaded them. Time to play around with the bang order and see what 
works.

Also, if you're only displaying the weather data in labels you can skip the 
!popuprescan now.
