Yes, it is backwards.  I guess they wanted to allow code to compile for 
64-bit without changing those paths.

I lied.  I think I've got the necessary changes to LSExecuteEx, but I 
can't test it until I get in to work tomorrow.  (And I'm sure I'll 
discover that I compiled it wrong somehow...)  Also, I don't know what 
needs to change for StartupRunner and DDEWorker where they start other 
processes.
