Geez, I didn't know anyone was interested in that little parser.  :)  
Ok, I updated it to have an option for lines to output.

syntax:
lsxcparser.exe "input file" "output file" [optional: 1 or 0 for tooltips 
on/off] [optional: # for number of lines]

example:
lsxcparser.exe "\pathto\history.ini" "\pathto\output.txt" 0 15

That would read history.ini, output to output.txt, no link tooltips, the 
last 15 entries.
