Lsxcommand 2.0 errors

Hi guys,

I'm currently updating some of the modules in my theme (0.24.7, Win2K). 
However, LSXCommand 2.0 does not seem to load... xPaintClass 1.0 is 
present and loaded (since xTaskbar 2.0 *does* work correctly). The 
LSXCommand .rc config seems to be OK (see below), I don't get any errors 
on recycling, but the command box just does not appear.

Anyone knows what could be causing this?
