Oh there was nothing wrong with file structure, other than the fact I 
was not used to it.

Well that is not true. It sounds silly, but why are the folders 
abbreviated? usr instead of Users and so on. I think if the names were a 
little more descriptive it would help.

I am just so familiar with the Windblows it is hard for me to accept 
that I don't know jack about Linux.
