VBS error all of the sudden.

I just started getting this error all of a sudden and I have not worked 
on this theme in a week or so.

The corresponding line in the VBS is this.

       Retval = WSHShell.Run(updateExe & " !Reload"            ,0,true)


Strange thing is the weather still is reported correctly. Any ideas gent's?
