I just tried this, I cannot duplicate it however. I use that incredible
awesome theme :) myself along with Acrobat and PortableFirefox at work.
(Can't instal real firefox at work.)

At home I refuse to install Adobe anything. I prefer Foxit Reader
myself. Not telling you to switch, just that I cannot duplicate your
problem.
