!reload reloads all the settings from the rc files. Anything you've modified 
dynamically (e.g., taskbar or tray sizes) gets lost, unless you've written it 
out to a file and then include it - with the new values. The xlabel and xpopup 
docs have some info on this, particularly in the sections on bang commands.
