geez.... I didn't hit <Enter> ;) it works ok now :)

OK, got it working better now :)

There's one thing with your time label:
Time_Tooltip			"Left Click: Show Hidden Tray Icons<br>Middle Click:
Adjust Time/Date<br>Right Click: Show lsxCommand"
Time_OnLeftClick		!xTrayToggleHiddenIcons
Time_OnMiddleClick		control.exe timedate.cpl
Time_OnRightClick		control.exe timedate.cpl

I mean the right-click ;)
