Not a newbie asking

Hi Folks.

I am running LiteStep on my work comp once again. 
So far, I have just used Omar's installer, and loaded up a couple of my old
themes.
So the build, etc is years old.

I want to fire up some new themes and try out the newest x mods.
Could you recommend the correct current build, addit mods, config, etc, that
I should be running to get me up to speed.
