LaserDock-2.0 and OTS2

Hi,

LaserDock-2.0 is complete enough. I have not found any bugs lately :D so  
check it out!

Latest important changes:

Added: OTS2 support hack. Just some required OTS2 evars, "System" GS and  
GSDefault.rc in one "OTS2.rc" file in the theme dir.
	This will provide support for laserdock to run on OTS2 ;)
	The hack is quite simple, but I still think Litestep users should update  
to OTS3 and support its ongoing development.
	Hope this makes you a little happier xcal <3

Added: Support for toggling the "tnt" (taskbar and tray) on the fly.

Changed/Fixed: The way inbar components work. Now everything can be  
loaded/unloaded/removed/added to the bar anytime with no restrictions.

Added: Snapdocker thingy, left click on the bar to show the little  
previewer for docking. Moving it to the sides will "dock" like the bar  
will if you want it to be there.

Fixed: Lots and Lots of stuff...
