As I understand it, the popupaction uses the data after the " : " as the arguments, so when looking at your Alias's I am trying to figure where the file path is represented. I don't understand the %1 %2. Also, in this example, is $settingFile$ the themevars? If so, where is the Var that it is trying to replace? I am used to the !xTextSaveEvar @file_the_Var_is_in@ @var_to_be_changed@ "new_value" format. In my head, I am trying to figure out how your configs work.
