I checked that, turns out I had to go through the registry and double
check alot of keys for Disabled Performance Counters. There were a few
that were disabled. Then I had to redo my perfmon.msc to have the
network on it. All I had were the default 3.
Weird.
I hate the registry. How does Linux get around it? And why can't
Microsoft learn from them?
