Just delete them from the deskicons.rc file, then !recycle.
The dead/nonworking icons should have paths you do not recognise.

Or better yet, update to the latest version of laserdock from the site:
http://www.fractaldesignz.orcon.net.nz/Litestep/laserdock.htm
and add your working icons to the deskicons.rc file.
