French translation of LOSI

I'm getting ready to release a new version of LOSI. In fact, the only
things missing right now are the German and French language strings.
I've got help with the German part, but need someone to translate the
English language strings to French. I have some of the strings already
translated from an earlier version of the installer, but a few strings
has been added and/or modified since then.

All the ... in the French part of that file needs to be replaced with
something meaningful.
