?  you need a direct download for a tool, or a url to refer people to?

www.lsdev.org will always have the downloads available.  If you need a 
link to the last release, one is currently at:

http://www.lsdev.org/lib/exe/fetch.php?media=lsdev:downloads:ls-0.24.7.zip

If you're desiring a generic url, please let me know for what purpose so 
we can see if a solution can be had.
