I so hate Vista and need my LiteStep back! Alternatively, if you recommend a compiler, I can try to compile my own build from CVS. However, I'd need some instructions, as my programming skills are restricted to TurboPascal for DOS (my experiments are still controlled by my trusty old 486)... LiteStep rulez and, honestly, with Vista being around almost 3 years, Windows 7 just months away and still no kick-ass LiteStep version for these OSs being around, I'm starting to believe the rumors and ensuing flame-wars from the late 1990s/early 00s that LiteStep may finally be dead :-) That being said, I more than appreciate all the efforts of the dev-team: without you, working on computers would have been a hellish nightmare the last decade! I shiver at the thought of not being able to use my ten year old desktop anymore in the foreseeable future. This is a prospect I'm not looking forward to! Happy holidays and a prosperous new year!
