Attention RabidVWM users

Hi,

If you run RabidVWM, please add the following to your personal.rc:

VWMNoFocusOnDestroy    TRUE

Try running with this setting for a while and report back if there is 
any change in behavior.

It does not matter which version of Windows or LiteStep you run.

Without this undocumented setting, the fancy new ALT-TAB dialog on Vista 
and up may become unusable. Future installers should probably include 
this by default, but I am not sure of the side-effects. Hence the call 
for testers - even on XP and earlier.
