Module Update - popup2 2.2

Hi,

Here's an update to popup2, bringing it to version 2.2. This is a bugfix 
release which fixes Vista/Win7 issues in particular. This is not meant 
as a competition for xpopup but rather as a drop-in replacement for 
themes already using popup2.

Changelog:
- Fixed Popup2 not showing localized names in shell folders on Vista+
- Added PopupNoExpandControlPanel
   - Makes !PopupControlPanel no longer expand as a menu
- Popup2 now uses standard LS mechanisms to launch apps where possible
   - LSExecuteEx instead of ShellExecute
   - May fix some 64-Bit issues with 0.25.0 and up
- Several robustness and performance fixes
- Several warning fixes

The PopupNoExpandControlPanel is meant as a workaround for 64-Bit 
Windows, where the expanded control panel menu does not include 64-Bit 
items.
