Module Release - DefaultApps 0.1

Hi,

Here's a brand new module called DefaultApps. It can launch your default 
browser, mail or IM client, etc. It can also launch whatever application 
is associated with say the ftp:// protocol. It's a bit technical, but 
take a look at the readme for more.
