It's here: http://www.ls-themes.org/themes/blank . And there is no need to
use ots3, it works on ots2 too.

But be warned, it's a pretty complex theme that uses almost every feature
lslua has to offer.
The lslua docs have some more basic examples. But i have no idea how good
my docs are, so if you have question just ask. It would help me improve
the docs too ;-)
