Very strange: I have three different LS installations and they all behave differently (even though the LS directzory including step.rc and thus modules is almost identical). I'll do some more tests and will let you know. To my surprise, while all my other machines are running LS just fine, on this one LS doesn't load at startup and if I start it manually, the UAC asks me if I really want to do it. Then LS starts, but a message comes up immediately that it's about to crash and within a few minutes of use it indeed does crash. This is on win7 32 bit. The machine is running the exact same LiteStep folder that I have running with little problem) on my other win7 32bit machines. Can anyone confirm this as a bug? Thanks! Actually, I can confirm it: I just installed LS on a new win7 machine and it works just fine. I would also add my suspicion that it's probably office related, because starting any office app kills LiteStep immediately. Anybody else experiencing this? I can restart LS no probs, but it's somewhat more unstable than before. My laptop version seem so far to be unaffected (will know after the week-end. Anybody else have these problems?
