Line break in winxpsp3-up0911.bat

Hello everyone!

In winxpsp3-up0911.bat (in the install/scripts directory) there is a 
line break between the double-colon
and the URL at the FRA-version, so it fails when being executed, because 
it is not commented out anymore.

Could someone please delete this line break?
