How To Add and Enable Additional Languages on SP3

Hi,
This is a bit off topic, but I wonder if anyone has got same issue and 
it can give me a hint on how to resolved.

I have a system that needs to enable Additional languages (Arabic) see
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/177561/en so far so good.

Now I just found out that if you apply SP3 before enable those languages 
you can not use a SP2 CD (wich is the currently that I use)

Anyone have seen a way to download the missing bits and enable in a 
system that is already working?
