winxpsp3-extras.bat Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool updated

Hello!

Unattended 4.8 with script-update freshly run.

winxpsp3-extras.bat tries to download Windows Malicious Software Removal 
Tool v3.17.  The current version is 3.20 and 3.17 is not downloadable. 
Patch included below.
