[Unattended] sis191 boot problems

Hello,
i've problems with unattended and an sis191 eth. I get the message

CIFS VFS: server not responding 
CIFS VFS: No responde to cmd 46 mid 10
--------------------------------------

I still read about it on the buglist:

Did anyone find a solution for this. Is there an older kernel-version 
without this problem?
