[Unattended] program parted is using a deprecated SCSI ioctl,

Hi,

while booting with linux i get this message

program parted is using a deprecated SCSI ioctl, please convert it ti SG_IO

It seems to be a older parted-bug ( 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=5;bug=328629 ), but i 
found no solution.

Anyone who found a workaround for this.
