[Unattended] Link broken in shortcut.pl

Dear Developers,

I've read in shortcut.pl that there are special folders which I can use =

in perl. The help section gives a link to microsoft library, but =

unfortunately the following link seems not working any more:

Does anybody have a replacement or is there a summary of all special =

folders?

In detail I am looking for the AllUserStartmenu folder, but I also like =

to know which other special folders are available on all Windows =

platforms.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
