[Unattended] XP and the textmode mass storage drivers

Hi!
I have still can not use to integrate textmode drivers to unattended
deployment system :( I have successfully using BTS driver packs for
several years, but textmode ...
For now I have stuck with a SIL3124 based PCI card.
Using XP SP3 CD and floppy I have successfully installed XP, but I want to
use unattended.
The problem that I do not know how should look like the preparation for
textmode driver. For now so many description on the WEB for integration of
mass storage drivers - which is was used for unattended.
Where should be placed content of driver floppy?
What to do with ".sif" files?
Section "[OEMBootFiles]" and "[MassStorageDrivers]" should appear in
"unattended.txt"? - for me it is not exist in preparation (I have used RIP
to look over what is it on the target).
First I suspect, that driver for sil3124 is found and placed on
preparation from BTS driver pack too (there is a lot of drivers for this
chip in BTS pack). Is it enough to remark "#" all appearance of this PCI
1095:3124 ?

Please give me what and where (on the preparation) I should have for
success installation.
