Finally, able to test the above with the same MB. It works! However:
1. It took a long time to get pass this line:
udhcpc (v1.15.3) started
2. Also with this warning:
Use of uninitialized value $r_{"Function Id"} in hex at /z/dosbin/search-win-drivers.pl line 672
