The bug is filed as #2815200 : Rebar does not draw correctly under Vista 
aero.

For a quick fix change in atlframe.h #831 FALSE to TRUE, ie:

::InvalidateRect(m_hWndToolBar, NULL, TRUE/*FALSE*/);

Hi, i just tried wtl 8.1 with windows 7. When I resize my plain 
appwiz-generated app there are small (about 2x1 pixel) white artifacts 
(stripes) on the edge between tool- and menubar. The problem doesn't appear 
when I uncomment the "#pragma comment(linker, "/manifestdependency" 
statement.
