Tooltips on controls stop working on WinXP once you click on that control

Hi, all,

I am facing the same issue as described in this post
http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?FeedbackID=93377 - Tooltips on controls stop working once you click on that control.
The tooltip works fine on Vista and Win7 but does not on WinXP.

Any idea how to resolve/workaround it?
