Ribbon UI support is now included in WTL8.1 files: download 
http://wtl.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/wtl/trunk/wtl/include.tar.gz?view=tar,
and supported by AppWizard: download 
http://wtl.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/wtl/trunk/wtl/Wizards/AppWiz.tar.gz?view=tar.
MTPad7 sample is added: download 
http://wtl.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/wtl/trunk/wtl/Samples/MTPad7.tar.gz?view=tar.

Note that you need VS2008 or 2010 or VCExpress 2008 or 2010  and the Windows 
7 SDK 
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=c17ba869-9671-4330-a63e-1fd44e0e2505&displaylang=en), 
VS2010 distributions miss the necessary uicc.exe tool.
