To compile the Ribbon.xml file you NEED the Windows 7 SDK (as VS2010
distributions miss the necessary uicc.exe tool)
AND you must add the path to your uicc.exe (probably C:\Program
Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0\Bin\) in Property
Manager->Microsoft.Cpp.Win32.user->Properties->VC++ Directories->Executable
Directories.

cheers,
AR

I considered myself lucky in finding this thread having just installed
VS2010 Release Candidate. The updated files for include and AppWizard appear
to work as advertised - thank you!

However, I created a test WTL application and on compilation I get an error
"error MSB6006: 'cmd.exe' exited with code 9009.". The error is on file
Microsoft.CppCommon.targets. The error occurs on the line:

<CustomBuild
Sources ="@(CustomBuild)"
BuildSuffix ="$(BuildSuffix)"

TrackerLogDirectory ="%(CustomBuild.TrackerLogDirectory)"
MinimalRebuildFromTracking ="%(CustomBuild.MinimalRebuildFromTracking)"

TLogReadFiles ="@(CustomBuildTLogReadFiles)"
TLogWriteFiles ="@(CustomBuildTLogWriteFiles)"
TrackFileAccess ="$(TrackFileAccess)"
ToolArchitecture ="$(CustomBuildToolArchitecture)"
TrackerFrameworkPath ="$(CustomBuildTrackerFrameworkPath)"
TrackerSdkPath ="$(CustomBuildTrackerSdkPath)"

AcceptableNonZeroExitCodes ="%(CustomBuild.AcceptableNonZeroExitCodes)"
>
</CustomBuild>

This occurs when creating an SDI application and in lieu of a "Generic
Window" I selected "HTML Page".

Any ideas?
