I use these add-ins:

WTLHelper (probably my favorite add-in for working with WTL)
VisualAssist 
VisualSVN

We also use Devpartner for tracking leaks.

I've also found Axosoft OnTime really useful for keeping track of my own little side projects (a change management system with a free single-developer license).
