How to change the CDialogResize drag icon or remove it in WTL8.1 from VS2008?

Hi heros,


My dialog bgcolor is white , the WTL8.1's drag icon is different from the WTL7, I want to change it like WTL7's  appearance or remove it ,how can do i this?
