Using a CTreeViewCtrl in a view class in conjunction with a TreeView DIALOG reso

Hi all,

Would anybody here happen to know how I could "attach" a CTreeViewCtrl
to a TreeView that resides in a dialog as a resource?

I'm writing a WTL application in which I lay out my UI via the Dialog
editor, and write glue code inside the corresponding View
class;  however, I've never really been sure how one would bind a(n)
ATL/WTL control class to a dialog hosting said control.

And this has become an issue with my application, as I don't feel like
copying C++ code between a third-party dialog editor and
my project whenever I update the layout of said DIALOG resource.


So, anybody have any ideas as to how I would accomplish this?
