I'm trying to port something on CodeProject
<http://www.codeproject.com/KB/miscctrl/kcsidebannerwnd.aspx> from MFC
to WTL, and I'm wondering what purpose CCreateContext serves, and if it
has any WTL equivalent or anything as I've tried compiling with
<afxext.h> #include'd in my project, but then it just gives me a
compiler #error like, "You may not #include this file directly." - what
gives?
