Naming inconsistency?

I happen to notice that CTabCtrlT's GetTooltips/GetTooltips methods are not spelled GetToolTips/SetToolTips, as in CListViewCtrlT, CTreeViewCtrlT, CReBarCtrlT, etc. Is this neglect or by design? Thanks!
