I can't say if it qualifies as "big" (that really does depend how you define
it) but Visual Lint (http://www.riverblade.co.uk/products/visual_lint) has
been written entirely in C++ using WTL from the outset.
WTL has served us rather well so far - the only really obvious omission is
cross-platform capability, but that's entirely understandable given how much
of a minefield cross platform development is.
