How about, in CMainFrame::OnCreate... HMENU hMenu = GetMenu(); SetMenu(NULL); DestroyMenu(hMenu); And remove the m_CmdBar from CMainFrame, remove the code in OnCreate that creates the command bar, attaches it to the window menu, and loads images. ~Mike --- In [email protected], "Dani" <dmagn25@...> wrote: > > I'm trying to remove the menu from my WTL (/ATL) application. In MFC you can remove the window from CREATESTRUCT in PreCreateWindow, but there's no such method in ATL. > > How can I do this in a SDI app? > > thanks, > -Dan > ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
